Terms of Sale

These terms apply to orders placed through this website. Layers is a brand of Oyku Pty Ltd, ABN 72 679 784 171 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Delivery & Cancellation Policy.

Orders

• We cater for events only. Each occasion has a minimum order, shown when you book. You can mix flavours to reach it.
• Your order is confirmed, and your date reserved, once payment has been received and you receive our confirmation email.
• Please check your order details, delivery date and address before paying, and contact us straight away if anything is wrong.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Your confirmation email is your tax invoice.
• Orders are paid in full at the time of booking by card. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
• The price you pay is the price shown when you book, even if our prices change afterwards.

Delivery

We deliver within the Sydney metropolitan area. Please give us an accurate address, any access instructions, and a phone number we can reach on the day. Delivery details are in our Delivery & Cancellation Policy.

Allergies and dietary needs

Our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens. If you or your guests have allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us before ordering so we can tell you what’s in each flavour.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Delivery & Cancellation Policy.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law.
