This policy explains how Oyku Pty Ltd, trading as Layers, handles personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

• When you book: your name, email, phone number, company (if given), delivery address, event details and any notes you add.
• When you send an enquiry: your name, email and message.
• We don’t receive or store your card details — payments are handled by Stripe.

How we use it

To process, deliver and manage your order; to send you order confirmations and updates; to respond to your enquiries; and to keep the business records we’re required to keep. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we use to run this website and your order: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (secure data storage) and Vercel (website hosting). Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@oyku.com.au.
